The Task Force Journal

The Volunteer Task Force is the central planning body which is formulating the structures, plans and process to move the New Fort into being. This journal is a collection of postings by the members of that group and the Quimper Foundation Project. It is intended to provide a continuing sense of the Task Force efforts from the perspective of the Quimper Foundation's New Fort Project.
